It applies to iwantclients.biz, our contact forms, our advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other platforms, and any other interactions you have with us. By using our site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.

2.Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a form, request an introduction, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect:

  • Identifiers: your name, email address, company name, and (if you choose to share it) phone number.
  • Referral information: the name of the person who referred you to us.
  • Inquiry content: the message you send us, including details about your offer, current marketing stack, and what you need help with.
  • Engagement records: emails, meeting notes, and project documentation generated during any subsequent working relationship.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen size, device type).
  • IP address and approximate geographic location.
  • Pages visited, time on site, clicks, scroll depth, and the referring URL.
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

2.3 Information from Advertising Platforms

If you arrive at our site from a Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, or other advertising platform, we may receive aggregate or hashed information about the ad you clicked, the audience segment you were in, and on-platform actions you took (such as form submissions made directly inside the platform). We do not receive your password or full payment details from these platforms.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, scope a potential engagement, and communicate with you about our services.
  • Deliver services to clients we work with, including marketing, funnel, automation, and reporting work described on our site.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and offerings.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Build lookalike and custom audiences on advertising platforms (using hashed, non-identifiable data — see Section 4).
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, abuse, or technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

4.Advertising, Meta Pixel & Custom Audiences

Facebook / Meta Advertising Disclosure. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API on this site to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and build advertising audiences. By using this site you acknowledge this use. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time using the controls described below.

4.1 What the Meta Pixel Does

The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code that records actions you take on our site — such as visiting a page, clicking a button, or submitting a form — and sends that information to Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). This allows us to:

  • Measure which ads led to which actions on our site.
  • Show you relevant follow-up ads on Facebook and Instagram (retargeting).
  • Build "Lookalike Audiences" of people similar to those who have engaged with us.
  • Exclude existing contacts or clients from seeing our ads.

4.2 Conversions API

In addition to the browser-based Pixel, we may send server-side event data to Meta through the Conversions API. Where required, identifiers (such as email and phone number) are hashed before transmission and used solely for ad measurement and matching.

4.3 Other Advertising Platforms

We may use comparable advertising and analytics technology from Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms. Where we do, the same general principles apply: we measure performance and may build audiences, but we do not knowingly share information beyond what is necessary to do so.

4.4 How to Opt Out of Personalized Advertising

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Visit facebook.com/adpreferences to manage your ad settings and opt out of off-Meta activity tracking.
  • Google: Visit adssettings.google.com to control Google ad personalization.
  • Industry-wide: Visit optout.aboutads.info (DAA) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU) to opt out of interest-based advertising across multiple networks.
  • Browser controls: Most browsers let you block third-party cookies or send a "Do Not Track" signal. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

5.How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business. Specifically, we share information with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business — including our website host, CRM and marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel), email delivery providers, analytics providers, and form submission processors (such as FormSubmit). These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us.
  • Advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) for the measurement and audience purposes described in Section 4, using hashed or aggregated data where applicable.
  • Professional advisors such as legal, accounting, and compliance professionals, where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety reasons, if required to comply with a subpoena, court order, government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IWC, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers, if IWC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6.Email Communications

If you submit a form on our site, you are contacting us directly and we will reply to you by email. We may also send you follow-up emails related to your inquiry or any engagement we begin. We do not subscribe you to a marketing list, drip sequence, or newsletter without your separate consent. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by replying "stop" or by clicking here to email us.

7.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, web beacons, and local storage) to:

  • Keep the site functioning properly.
  • Remember your preferences.
  • Measure traffic and how visitors use the site.
  • Measure advertising performance and build advertising audiences (see Section 4).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some functionality of the site.

8.Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we either delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer be associated with you.

9.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your information with care.

10.Your Privacy Rights

10.1 For California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

  • Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

10.2 For Residents of the EU / EEA / UK (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Our lawful bases for processing are typically: (a) your consent, (b) the performance of a contract with you, (c) compliance with a legal obligation, and (d) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.

11.Children's Privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12.Third-Party Links & Services

Our site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site or service you visit.

13.International Users

IWC is operated from the United States. If you access our site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using our site, you consent to that transfer.

14.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently (such as by a notice on our homepage or an email to active contacts). Your continued use of our site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
